Program Description
Automated follow-up SMS messages sent to business leads after missed outbound calls, appointment confirmations and reminders, and replies from our conversational AI assistant.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. You may receive more than one message in connection with a single inquiry or missed call event.
Message and Data Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by and payable to your mobile carrier. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.
2. Opt-In and Consent
By submitting your phone number through our intake forms, landing pages, or other contact mechanisms, you expressly consent to receive automated text messages from Monmac Labs at the number provided. Your consent is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
3. How to Opt Out
To cancel: Text STOP to any message you receive from us. After sending STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent to your number.
To re-subscribe: Text START at any time to resume receiving messages.

4. Carrier Disclaimer
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission and is not guaranteed. Network congestion, handset availability, or other factors beyond our control may affect delivery.
