About Monmac
Operator-built for teams that already know their CRM has holes.
Monmac Labs is one founder, one focus, and one offer — the Lead Recapture System for real estate teams. Built after ten years running businesses, five years deep in real estate, and hundreds of custom automations shipped across teams in multiple states.
Founder
Quan Zou, Founder.
I've spent the last ten years building and running businesses. Hiring teams. Firing teams. Running the ops. Watching where things break. The pattern that keeps repeating: the best strategy in the world gets killed by a workflow leak nobody noticed.
Over the last five years I've gone deep in real estate — first as an agent, then as an investor, and more recently running operations at Comfy Home Builders (a homebuilding company we scaled from scratch). That gave me the front-row view I needed: every real estate business, from solo agents to 50-agent brokerages, has the same kinds of leaks. Slow response. Weak follow-up. Broken handoffs. Admin drag. The specific shape changes, but the pattern doesn't.
Across my own companies and the real estate teams I've worked alongside in multiple states, I've designed and shipped hundreds of custom automations — AI voice, follow-up sequences, deal brief generation, CRM integrations, handoff rules. Not generic “AI consulting” — specific workflow surgery with results that showed up in GCI and time saved.
For the past three years I've also been training the humans on the other side of those systems: cold callers, lead managers, ISAs, closers. Because automation without execution is just software. The teams that win are the ones where operators and AI actually work together, and that's what I build.
The goal has never been “more AI.” The goal has always been tighter ops, faster follow-up, fewer leaks. That's what Monmac Labs ships.

The vertical
Why real estate, not everything.
Most AI agencies pitch themselves as “horizontal” — we do everything, for everyone. That positioning might work for the agency. It doesn't work for the buyer. Real estate has its own CRMs, its own compliance quirks, its own handoff patterns, its own sales cycle. An AI pitch built for a generic SaaS company misses all of it.
Monmac is real estate only. Because every automation I've built — every integration, every follow-up sequence, every handoff rule — knows what a listing agent needs to do differently from a buyer's agent, knows why Follow Up Boss fires webhooks the way it does, knows what a “reopen the file” email looks like in this industry. That industry-fit shows up in the output.
The thesis
Real estate teams are losing deals to leaks they can't see.
Every team I've audited in the last three years has the same story: they generate plenty of leads. Their CRM is fine. Their agents are solid. And they're still leaving money on the table — because 20 minutes is the average first-response time, 2.3 is the average follow-up touch count, and 40% of inbound leads come in after hours when nobody's watching.
The fix isn't more leads. It isn't more headcount. And it isn't more CRM features. The fix is plugging the leaks in the system that's already running.
Monmac exists to do one thing: find those leaks, price them, and install the system that plugs them. Without replacing your team. Without replacing your tools. Without six-figure agency engagements.
How we build
Human-shaped operations, AI-scaled execution.
The failure mode of most AI vendors in real estate is this: they try to replace the human. Replace the agent, replace the ISA, replace the closer. That always fails — real estate is still a high-touch, trust-based business. The humans are not going away.
The Monmac model is the opposite. Keep every human doing what they do best. Put AI where the human was failing to begin with — the 6pm Tuesday inbound lead that sat for 14 hours because your ISA was at dinner. The 7-day follow-up sequence that dropped off on day 2 because your agent closed a bigger deal. The handoff where the context got lost. That's the gap. AI fills the gap, the humans close the deal.
Expertise
Where we actually ship.
Inbound lead response
Under-60-second AI voice on every inbound call, with a live handoff to the agent when the lead is ready.
Multi-channel follow-up
7-day follow-up sequences across call, SMS, and voicemail, with response-triggered cadence changes.
CRM integration (FUB, kvCORE, Chime, Sierra)
Deep integration with the CRMs your team is already on. No migration, no data loss, no IT project.
Handoff orchestration
Structured agent briefs so when your AI warms a lead, your human takes over with full context — not cold.
Acquisitions assistant (investor teams)
AI pre-qualifies motivated sellers with deal briefs populated into your CRM before the call is done.
Admin drag elimination
Task automation — data entry, scheduling, document chasing — so your agents focus on the things that actually close.
