9. Maple Life OS — Google Account Access
Maple Life OS is a personal operating system product within the MonMacLabs product family. It allows users to connect their Google account to enable inbox triage, calendar management, and AI-assisted drafting. When you connect your Google account to Maple Life OS, we request the following OAuth scopes:
- gmail.modify — read, label, archive, and modify your Gmail messages on your behalf to provide inbox triage and zero-inbox automation
- gmail.send — send email replies you draft or approve from within Maple Life OS
- calendar — read, create, update, and remove events from your Google Calendar to support scheduling and daily planning features
- calendar.events — same as above, scoped specifically to calendar events
- openid, email, profile — sign in with Google and identify your account
Maple Life OS stores Gmail and Calendar data only as needed to deliver user-facing features (triage, drafting, summarization, scheduling). This data is encrypted at rest in Supabase (US-region Postgres) and is not used for any purpose beyond operating Maple Life OS features you have enabled.

- We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide or improve user-facing features that are prominent in the requesting application's user interface, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets with the user's prior consent.
